Markado Terms of Service
By accessing or using the Markado app or website (“Markado.AI”), you agree to these Terms.

1. Platform Overview

Markado operates as an online marketplace that enables transactions between independent sellers and buyers.

Unless explicitly stated, Markado does not own or directly sell third-party listed products.

2. Eligibility

To use Markado, you must:

•  Be at least 18 years old
•  Have legal capacity to enter binding agreements
•  Comply with applicable UAE and GCC laws

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

•  Maintaining account confidentiality
•  Providing accurate information
•  All activity conducted under their account

Markado may verify identity where required.

4. Seller Obligations

Sellers agree to:

•  List authentic items only
•  Provide accurate descriptions and images
•  Ship orders within stated timelines
•  Comply with UAE Consumer Protection Law and applicable GCC regulations

Counterfeit or replica goods are strictly prohibited.

Markado may remove listings or suspend accounts for violations.

5. Payments & Fees

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Markado may:

•  Charge service or commission fees
•  Withhold payouts during dispute investigations
•  Issue refunds where appropriate

Markado does not store full card details.

6. Buyer Protection

Markado may offer Buyer Protection for eligible transactions.

Refunds may be granted if:

•  An item is materially not as described
•  An item is verified as counterfeit
•  A seller fails to ship

Refund determinations are made at Markado reasonable discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

•  List counterfeit or illegal goods
•  Infringe intellectual property rights
•  Engage in fraud or chargeback abuse
•  Use the platform for unlawful purposes

Violations may result in permanent suspension.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Markado shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use.

Total liability shall not exceed the transaction amount in dispute.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer laws.
